This is an effective tool for students to understand the areas stressed by OBRA.  Since this section is covered on both the California and National exam, students can use this study aid for both exams.  This material cannot be printed but can be accessed an unlimited number of times for one year on the computer it was activated on.  Comments and markings can be made by the student to aid in studying.
