Class Overview
AIT Exam Prep reviews the five domains (Quality of Care/Quality of Life, Human Resources, Financial Management, Physical Plant and Leadership/Management) with suggested guidelines for OBRA and Life Safety Code 101. OBRA is discussed in more detail in the OBRA review class.
OBRA Review Class
Exam material covered in the class will be OBRA's Survey Process and F-tags. The session will be 45 minutes in length and is conducted via distance learning. Each student will receive an e-mail the day prior to the session containing log-in information. If an e-mail address needs to remain confidential please note that on your registration form.

You will see that there is a tremendous amount of material on this exam; therefore to rely on short term memory is not an advisable strategy. To maximize student time, concentration and efficiency AIT Exam Prep includes a detailed outline of the The NAB Study Guide, 4th Edition (testing on the 5th Edition will begin in 2012 per NAB). This outline is included in the class tuition and is reviewed during class.

The 5 Domains, OBRA and the Life Safety Code will be taught pointing out similarities and differences. Student's will be given tools to identify the impact regulations have on the resident's quality of life.
This material may seem overwhelming, but these regulations are extremely important in assuring the highest standard of care.
